Wholesale Policies
Payment types
We accept all major credit cards via our online invoicing. Please inquire about payment through PayPal or check.
Payment Terms
For first time customers, payment is expected on or before the estimated ship date that appears on your invoice. For repeat customers, we are happy to discuss net 30 or other payment terms.
Minimum ORders
Opening wholesale order minimum is $100.00. For repeat customers, we have a minimum wholesale order of $75.00.
Order Time
Because all our paper goods are handmade with care in a small studio, your order may take a while to be completed, especially during peak holiday seasons. Please allow an average of two weeks for your order to be fulfilled. As soon as we process your order, we’ll send you an estimate of when you can expect it to be completed. If you need your order expedited, please let us know before placing your order.
Shipping
We ship using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. A delivery estimate and tracking number will be provided at the time of shipping.
Returns
Items with flaws, or those accidentally damaged during shipping, may be returned up to fourteen days after the delivery date. All shipping costs incurred in returning the damaged items to Middle Dune must be covered by the buyer. However, any damaged items will be replaced for free, with no additional shipping charges on their way back to you. Please contact us within the fourteen day window if you need to make returns.
